LEVEL 199 MODDER EXPOSED

I battled a REAL level 199 modder in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. This Xenoverse 2 modder has the stats of a real level 199 custom character. We know the level cap will be increased from the current max of level 120 to level 199 in future Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 updates, but the files for level 199 are already in Xenoverse 2 waiting for future updates

To be seriously honest it doesn't matter how many cheats or mods you use in order to have the greatest stats or equips or the latest stuff that would make you strong in xenoverse or in any game in general, all it comes to is just skill and hardwork as well as ingenuity and strategy. So the audacity of this guy implying that just because you're lower level against someone who is higher level than you means you're cheating is just disgusting and disrespectful and specially playing a Dragon Ball Game where basically the whole franchise is about the low tier surpassing the high tier.

@@povyourmad785 If it doesn't affect anything in regards to like your current stats or the game itself that would give you some unexplainable and unfair advantage in whatever it is you're doing on the game then yeah but to cheat just to get an edge on something that a lot of people put a lot of effort to get good at and gain experience and skill at as actual players is disrespectful and disgusting. It's kinda like what GT ssj 4 goku said to that weird ass shadow dragon thing that would go around possessing others just to be capable to fight in general that was said in the Latin Spanish dub. "What's wrong with you? You need to be in the body of someone in order to show me your capabilities? You're the most despicable being that I had ever met . . . Usually modded saves that comes with the characters, you can use save wizard to mod your save to get infinite tp medals and zeni from what I've heard for example, I think it's the same method for modded characters just more complicated.

Wasnt one going to be toppo's?! I imagine it will be "Destructive Fission (Festival)". I haven't fought a modder but I did encounter a modded character with my friends and while ago, it was a giant namekian but we took care of it quickly. I am still playing XenoVerse but not that much and I'm glad that I don't have to fight a modded character on parallel quests, and I am not good at the game as well 😅 but it is always interesting to see you go through different kinds of mods like a hot knife though butter

Not only did he not perfect block ONCE during those fights I don't even know if he did block once during the fights, modded to become level 199 because he was probably trash at the game and still is even with level 199 and the worst part is he didn't even seem to know your level 120 and second worst part is that we didn't get a booyah sadly.

So, I don't do pvp, mostly because I know I'm not very good at the game. I mean, I'm pretty average, but my win to loss ratio isn't very great, but anyway, even though I don't do pvp, I still have to deal with modders because of the modded npc characters when playing online in parallel quests. I've only just started to get used to the super speed mod, which defeating them is pretty easy they are basically made of paper it's just getting around the speed, but if I have to fight a npc with this mod I think I might cry, or even rage quit for the first time in my life. I never do. I will continue to fight someone until they leave, even if I'm losing, but if I have to fight an npc with this mod, I just might rage quit. I think it's amazing that burcol can take on a level 199. It just goes to show how good he is even though he considers himself average.
