I would have much preferred this level 3 routine over the old one any day. I would have done much better in level 3 doing this routine. In the old one we still had to do a cast shoot through, mill circle, and undercut. I got like 6.7’s to 8’s XD

Yeah, I think this makes more sense. Before, Level 3's would work like crazy trying to get their mill circles/stride circles, and then never use them again. The squat on and jump to the floor is a better scaffold for the Level 4 bar routine, which calls for a squat on and jump to the high bar for the first time.

My daughter had a competition yesterday. We watched this video a few times and she got a 9.8 on bars also. This video helped.

My level 3 bar routine is the same up to the back hip circle cause after that we do an underswing or a toe shoot.

This is a lovely routine & Ella is super talented!! Lovely smooth landing too 👏🏻 As an aside, I would love if you’d reconsider the name for this channel. I realise it’s a play on ‘OCD’, which is commonly used to mean ‘perfectionist’. However, OCD is a pretty devastating mental illness & misuse of the term can make it more difficult for people with it to get appropriate treatment. I realise this was absolutely not your intention & please don’t think I’m coming down on you for this - I just wanted to offer some perspective in case you were open to change. Thank you! And keep doing amazing gymnastics!! 🤍

How in the world can a channel randomly using a word play cause any sort of problems in any way at all lol. I sympathise with people who are constantly bombarded by obsessive invasive thoughts but there is not way in the world that a channel would cause any sort of harm at all

How old is she? In Russia it is for 5- 6 years old girls max. 7 girls years old do more difficult routines
