Video is a bit pointless as people would probably like to know what happens AFTER you hit the Cancel Booking button. I am too scared pressing the button, having my flight cancelled and then getting none of my money back without further prompt or warning...

It would be helpful to continue the process. E.g. I have a reservation with 6 passengers where only one of those is now not able to fly so I want to cancel one of six. If I click on "Cancel" will it cancel the flights for all six passengers? Or is the next step on the website one that allows me to choose specific passengers. I can't risk clicking on "Cancel" unless I know.

Same here. My Cancel Booking option does not appear. I cannot get hold of anyone on the call center.

I am struggling to do an online check-in. Can just go as far as :"check-in" . Then server takes me back to "Manage booking" again!!
