I feel like 41 is the new 39. Refinery for 4* uncommon materials and ship parts, an extra tier on Defiant, Voyager, and Talios, improvements to Bajoran loot exchange, Voyager commerce insignias for 4* parts, additional tiers of efficiency researches.

I'd disagree, but, like with any level there are bonuses. I definitely wouldn't tell players to go to 41 instead of 39 as a "spot" to sit at though.

They have adjusted those multiple times, but I'd argue that with their recent changes SLBs are basically a non-starter/don't worry about them for the average player. Take advantage of them when you can, but don't worry about sitting on good/bad spots for brackets.

Thanks for the video. I agree with most of it. Just one point regarding the disco. I started playing on EU 106 in April 2023 and am now ops 46. I got the disco during the event store in april and gotten it to t6 by now, doing the event literally every sunday. Its impossible to max it with the amount of mats provided weekly in under like 2 years. They really need to provide some kind of refinery ala voyager to boost its progress.

That is not correct. I started on 1st Jan 23 and got mine to t8 yesterday. I focused only on maxing it. No research done until today. Now im ops 39 for 2 weeks and never had the need for summoning any of my ships. My Goal is to get it rdy for the 1day speedups when i reach ops 40. There are so many Ways to get upgrade mats. Weekly Refinery, Eclipse Event store every Thursday and the end of an arc store if you really want to push it to t9.

Personal opinion: camping is generally a bad idea. Camping at 39 is particularly a bad idea. Whether its disco speedups, 4* mats, ship parts, rss, whatever, everything comes so much faster in the 40s. You definitely don't need a 3* epic or any of the specialties, except the disco, maxed. If you can, you're gonna want to push 41 pretty quick to start collecting ship bp from AT. I spent 2 weeks at 39. Glad i didn't stay longer

Something I think should be added is having 1 or 2 faction miners at tier 9 if you want to do 4* mining. Also getting the Disco to tier 9 by 39 isn't really possible in a reasonable amount of time, unless maybe you skip all the research but that would defeat the point of the Disco in the first place if you cannot summon.

Agreed about getting 2 faction miners up to tier 9 at lvl 39. I’m almost done with that. I use my max tier Disco to get my miners into 4* mining but that uses a lot of Disco summon points. I’d like for my faction miners to recall on their own.

As a battlepass only spender..I couldn't help but laugh,cause I was one of those who stayed at 39 for 6 months😂. It took that long to max the specialty ships, a faction miner,a horizon and the Auger Took the D4 to t8 and ENT to t5. Along with maxing out every single research because I knew before hand that goin to 40 meant a much slower and smaller amount of g3 mats coming to us. Crazily enough tho it took 2 months ,mid November to 5 days ago,to get to 42 with every a ton of research completed😂

I went to 40 a little shy of this checklist. A few criteria and rewards I got... 1 - enough rep for 40 miners and a 42 UC from away team store (unlock at 40) and a lot of AT store credits (I have over half a million). 2 - able to cover faction missions through freebooters at 43 without needing the higher warp range (even though Defiant T3 is warp 100 and can grind 43 systems) 3 - Bajoran store, doing armadas. At OPS 40 the 4* UC mats start to drop. It makes the refineries worthwhile and opens the rare and epic (not that I can do more than say 2 rares per run). At the moment, my daily play hasn't changed. I'm still doing dailies. I'm rolling for and receiving the 4* mats you don't get at 39. I'm getting a 1/day KT BP.

I'm at 38 working on getting to 39 and planning to camp there to really catch up on a lot of things. I just got my auger and enty, I got my auger to t5 but the enty is stalled due to lack of uncommons. I maxed tier my disco a while ago so I just gotta bring the level up. My Defiant is level locked and ready for lvl39, my Voyager is really stalled since getting parts is a chore, currently it's only at t2. My mantis is at t5, that borg store really helped since I buys those chest, a lot easier to do then farming for them, The cost is way too high in the mantis refinery. So far I bought those chest from the borg store 4 times. My Talios is good also just waiting to get to that lvl for that part for upgrade. The only thing is the ISS Jelly, I can forget the weekly leader board, never gonna win that thing and it's gonna take forever to earn enough epic loot to buy it from the alliance store.

If you're low 39 or low 40's, Dolamite in the S31 store is the last thing I would spend on. If you clear round 5 of Borg Lab wave, you get about 1400 creds, and you're going to drop half of that on Dolamite? Use those creds on S31 rep, Sloan shards, and S31 transmitters for the Facade upgrade.

Sloan, who isn't better than Kirk/Spock as FCs (and most players don't have CC40+ anyway) and a building that gives a minimum boost vs several game changing primes? yes, they absolutely should focus on the dolamide drip.

@@RevDeuce Most primes requiring Dolamite needs 1200. That's 120 days or 84K S31 creds per prime. In the mean time, those creds I think in the long run would work better to first go into S31 rep. As for Sloan, anyone who has been playing for at least 2-3 months should have gotten some Sloan shards from couple months ago so they're not starting from scratch. Maybe after 60-70 days, that FC is gotten and no more dealing with that, but I do agree with you it's not the TOP choice. I still think rep is top.

Really appreciate the update!!! I have the upgrade cooking for Lvl 40(about 80 days) and do have about 90-95%, way over for resource with ISS Jelly and Rep the only things lagging. Max Ent and level 8 Augur as like solo armadas, but feel pretty good starting my lvl 42 run after seeing this video. With Ex-borg I have hit at least 1st level with the exception of Swarm Refinery, Borg Behemoth and Poloran Scan. Is there certain ex-borg to concentrate on such as efficiencies or something else or good at level 1-2 for most. Timeframes even with excomps take a bit unless I go heavy on speedups.

Question on this one, I have my Enterprise Tier 6, about 6.5 mil power, (augur and D4 are tier 5 and staying there) and the thought of grinding and waiting for 9000 3* UC gas is a nightmare. If I've cleared all th research to this point would it still be best to boost up the Enterprise more before hitting the button? (That and a T3 Voyager are the only things on the list I don't have). Appreciate it's on old video but any advice would be welcomed.

I suggest "Build, Baby, Build" ... ie. just build what you need to reach level 26 ... the D'vor and Disco will help you economy at this level, but pushing your level is the most important ... and save uncomon matls, as you'll need them in the future.

You should have access to 3* epic armada chests at your ops there bps there but it is very slow road to get the Jelly. Sometimes big event stores have them.

Sometimes it will take 9 months :) You might want to mention that the Talios cannot go above T3 until you cross the 39 bridge as you will need a Transit Coil that requires level 40 on Ops to take it to T4.

That 50 Million rep is very important, I had not bothered with rep and because of that I cannot get the G4 blue prints so am currently delaying at 41 while I get my rep up, the G4 freighters start to appear around 40M in the away teams tab. Steel I have found less of an issue as steel rewards have risen significantly at 40/41.

Im ops 41 and mine 3* but, not as much anymore. You need it if you plan on scrapping G3 ships, which i highly recommend. Try and get each material to 20+million.

I got everything I need from compensation gifts. I‘m on my way to lvl 39 and to see how much (time) it takes to play and grind efficient makes me wanna quit the game.

You'll want the ISS Jelly as you'll get 2 events per month called ISS Jelly Brawl. Good resources!

Camping is quite inefficient. All of these things are great to do, but there is absolutely no reason to wait to hit 40 until you do this. All of these things will be just as easy or faster to do once you're 40+. Not only that, but you'll also be able to do stuff you couldn't touch at 39. Go to 40+ and you will then be able to catch up easily. Spends 4 months at 39 and then 6 to get to 46 (or wherever), or spend 1 momth at 39 and then 8 to get to 46 (and likely, it would still be only 6). Which is faster? (numbers may vary, but my point stands)

It's all "relative", but it's easy based on the amount the g3 economy currently pays out vs what it used to combined with the many efficiency researches for mats that have been added to the game. We have numerous examples of pure f2ps at 38/39 with maxed out Enterprises.

Bro I play literally twice a day for about 15-25 mins max for months now I log in on the BP and daily reset at 12pm and am but I've got 98% of this list it's not that difficult. Also best thing I've found for saving massive time is ex-borg sweep research that allows you to kill freebooters for all daily hostiles rewards and then auto grinding for hostile BP kills but I don't know time is money and it's a game so if you feel your not enjoying it or having to spend too much time maybe step away for a week or so and if you can live without it than maybe move on 🤷🤷🤷🤷 Anyways ♥ hope my rant helps 😂

You want to have three stellas. Two maxed and one you scrap regularly. I scrap a stella once every 4 weeks. The particles will be mostly on research but they also will come in handy for G4 materials.

idk I'm struggling at seeing how a mantis above t2 is good for syndicate xp and officers. the cost per pull jumps for not much extra. the researches only help the mantis ship which is meh. just not seeing the reward vs time on it. unless I'm missing something thats my take. the game goes too hard into diminishing returns where at higher tiers and levels things aren't equal or close it seems. but that's just an overall game imbalance that's constant. t2 two xp chests 3150 and one hull frag 1050 you need 38,500 daily loot t3 60,500 loot for 3300 xp and 1100 hull. so 22000 more loot for 150 xp and 50 hull. t6 148,500 loot for 4150 and 1250 so 110,000 more loot for 1000 more xp and 200 more hulls. just seems to add more grind for greatly less rewards.

I think sitting at 39 is a terrible idea because you might as well sit at 40. Time becomes such a massive bottleneck that you want to collect the huge amount of one day speedups from the Discovery as soon as you can while you sit camping.
