Do you have any tips on getting g tokens fast without p2w?

doing daily and weekly challenges is the most consistent way to make from 25k-50k in a week depending on how much you play. when all star battle comes around the gtokens there are a great price, I always buy all of them which adds up to around 110k. Other than that you get gtokens from just playing ranked and the gtoken egg in the egg mode but it's inconsistent.

yo appreciate it man, I can only really give some broad tips but for starters only use gems in early game to speed up 3-6 hour maps, it's the fastest way to get your account stronger. only level up the good 1-3 star kaiju, you could watch mine or someone else's tier list to find out which those are. kiryu leader is one of the best early game leaders who I'd recommend you use, just wait till the 2nd ot and use the ability on the leader to win. for all star battle I'd just get the 4 stars. the shop offers are really not worth it so I wouldn't spend any gems on them. can't really think of anything else off the top of my head but if you need more help I'd join sirmelee's discord server, lot of good advice there.

the best way to level 4 stars is refreshing your shop and buying them there, using gems to open ranked maps, opening the rainbow egg in egg mode and getting the pass since you get a ton of extra rewards. all 4 stars become viable at 5 but for kotm-rank 66 I'd say they should be at least 15
