I find the Volary of the Harpy is the hardest one. There are 2 kind of Harpies inside. One type can empty all your stamina while the other can throw you around. Without stamina you can't protect yourself from getting thrown. If 2 types of those attack at the same time, you will get thrown around over and over again. If several of those type attacking, you will die in a few seconds without a chance to stand up and fight.

Yep that's really a tough dungeon... you can send against them a thrall but must be really tough because harpy hits very hard 😬

One thing to consider is the snakeman vault near New Luxur does drop tons of Serpent Man weapons, which could be a huge tech jump if you can grind through it early.

@@KiahOnFireOfficial For sure. After some experimentation, I think the Aardwolf might be the best early game choice. Easy to get, easy to feed, keeps aggro with quick attacks.

Yeah, the vault of the snakemen was the first one I went into, my character was lvl 20 when I entered. I went in naked and armed with a stone spear, the first enemy took couple of tries to kill but it drop a sword and that made the rest of them easy. I didn't do the boss tho, just got a butt load of weapons and run back out as lvl 40. Definitely recommend doing that vault early on.

jup thats true and i guess funcom will nerf that droprate, i have allready 3 chests full with serpentman weapons and shields, only bad thing is you have to repair that stuff with the best selfmade repair kits but at the end these weapons are nearly strong as legendarys just without perks : D

@@domlau5900 True, you have to use the master repair kits to get them fixed. The mace and axe are also good to hand to thralls, if you don't have a supply of legendary weapons yet. In the end, I don't think it's much of a balance issue, since that vault is in a dangerous spot, and the opponents are going to be difficult to beat if you're too early game.

Can you make an in depth guide on gear progression (what gear you should have at certain levels and for what style you are playing) also a guide on progression in general (what you should be working towards as you level. I.e when to work on farming thralls and what level thralls you should have based on your level) I am really enjoying your guides so far :D

I like going to the Drowned vault for the eggs. Random mobs are an unreliable source, but I always leave that one with 40-50 eggs. Good for exotic feast.

not quite sure i agree with this.. i had more trouble with the outsiders than i did with either of the wolf vaults. the wolf ones were super easy to me

The reason the wolf one is higher is because the boss can one shot you with one of his attacks if your base hp is too low

The harpy are the toughest foes to fight with I risked to die many times in that vault and I made it through just because I did it at 60 level with high level gears armor and thrall otherwise I surely didn't make it... harpy are tough to beat and have a depleting stamina attack that makes them really fearsome to fight... shield can't protect from that attack, you can only avoid it by repairing behind pillars, thralls must have a huge healt pool because they can die easily... seriously that is the toughest dungeon of all siptah.

I found the goblin one easier then the wolves, for the simple fact they die easier and I had a level 16 greater sabertooth with 3 stacks exotic flesh and 2 stack raw pork 🤣🤣🤣🤣 by the end of it he hit 19

Gremlins do a lot of damage to you even up to level 30 in my experience. And the worst thing about the gremlin dungeons is that they can swarm you easily. Would recommend for lower levels for sure.

I suicided last night to quick travel to a friends base to invite him into my clan and decided to go exploring naked and found the dungeon in the northwest with the demon bat things and the hanging cages. I managed to run all the the way to the boss naked lol. 😆

I'm playing this on the PS4. I made it down to the boss room of both the temple of the bat and the first goblin vault. Both cases, no boss fights. The door won't open and I can see what looks like a crystal ball and a chest just beyond that.. What is inside the end vault? I'm dying to know! It could be a while before they hammer out all of the bugs, especially on consoles.. please help a brother out! P.s. I'm playing single player mode and am too chicken to use the ghost cheat. Just in case they didn't finish it and I break my save file...

I think some of the files were missing. Once I tried IoS on an official server, it seemed to right itself. I have since cleared the vault of the goblinoid as well as the the vault of the wolf on single player.

They're from my own personal recommendation since I've tried all of them myself multiple times and there's no level mention currently on the vaults. as for those recipes I think most of us creators are still trying to find a good way to get those. I've heard though if it helps apparently the headless boss in new luxur has a chance of dropping armour recipes

Why bother with any vaults until you hit 60? I've played only 3 days on siptah and already 60. The wolf vault was my first and it's kinda disappointing that it was ranked the second hardest here
