how does treslayerswap works actually? does it sends a text to the guildies or something?

Nope, not a word. Its Random whom it choses, but prios people not in a dungeon grouping etc, will just pull 1 on another layer that you aren't, gets them to inv, auto layer (IF not on layer CD) and bobs youre uncle. although i say nothings said; ive def been thanked for the lotus someones gotten cause i layered them when i was AFK in Ironforge.
