Super cool Patrick! I got some feedback from departments in our organization using our Power BI Premium service and they said the following: "I’m not sure how far you have gone with SSRS modernization investigation, but this could be a deal breaker ... I get the following message when uploading a SSRS Drill-Through report: 'Drillthrough feature is not supported'" I could reply to their concerns and give them this video to watch. Thanks a Mill :-)

Some of what he did is dependent on being in the service. But I am going to find a way to apply some of it to my on-prem server reports.

I am using this PowerBI dataset in a paginated report. The RLS is not working on the Paginated report. How can I make sure that the RLS filters the data for each user in the Paginated report as well?

Basically you publish a report with inly the data modelling and then publish another with the visuals so you can have reusable data for multiple reports. He mentions it here kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKS2aHhrqbSnes0

Yeah this is interesting, but failed to understand why was the threshold still at 1000 ... it still results in a scroll bar on the Power BI report visual, and you can't automatically have a CSV generated for those items which have less than 1000 invoices. Also wouldn't you want to combine the two buttons so that the end-user can dynamically go to other Power BI report page or paginated report without having to deal with this threshold? Overall this seems like an exciting workaround but i would still categorize as a workaround and not as something I would like to give to a customer (unless you did more magic to make it look more unified).

Actually Patrick said they wanted the 2 buttons because they may need to download the CSV file also for items with less than 1000 invoice lines. Moreover in case of items with more than 1000 invoice lines, considering you cannot click the button, you cannot navigate to the invoice details page and the visual there is never visualized and never populated.
