In this video we go through Leveling Alts in The War Within Prepatch, The XP Squish in The War Within Prepatch, and how to level up FAST in the War Within Prepatch!
The launch date of the war within prepatch date allows a crossover between MOP Remix or Mists of Pandaria Remix Leveling aswell as the nerfed amount of experience required to level alts in the war within.
To dive further into The War Within Leveling, the XP Required for specific level brackets, mostly level 50-70, has been reduced by A LOT, allowing us to level up alot faster than previously.
As we get closer to The War Within Launch, I will be making more The War Within Preparation Guides & Videos to help you prepare for the war within. Leveling characters will definitely be a great way to prepare, due to Concentration being a significant system for The War Within Professions.

To summarize the fast method in remix: 1. Don’t loot bosses in the dungeon. 2. Carefully grab your XP threads from the mailbox after, but leave XP tokens. 3. Do this with heroic dungeons until 25. 4. Run normal MSV (all normals are basically leveling dungeons). 5. Level to unlock HOF like you did MSV, run HOF. 6. Do this again but for TOES. 7. Finish getting to about 40 then, if your cloak is around 400%, pop all the xp tokens. You may need to do a bit more work to finish leveling. And if you want to actually play this character you’re going to need to spend some bronze getting your gear at least close to appropriate level (or switch to a DPS spec and run dungeons, being grateful for the carry).

Wait, mooted by the fact that the 'final stretch' for remix is often just sitting in your mailbox when you get there. That said, could make for filling side accounts full of alts that may not get visited again until the next pre-patch XD

if all I cared about was stretching out videos to make a certain time, they would all be stopped at 08:01. The only time youtube cares about is 8 minutes to enable multiple ads.

They’ll be rolled over to retail when it finishes. We’re still not sure exactly how items are going to convert over, but they’ll automatically become retail. That being said, they are stuck there until it ends. But that’s right at the beginning of TWW launch.

How do you spread characters? Everything on 1 realm, one per realm, group of professions per realm (for work orders)? How many realms ?

I don't think the experience squish is going to apply to Remix at all. It's easy to figure the take will be that it's separate from the retail game and it's already way easy to get max lvl

It's 100% going to apply to MoP Remix. It's easy to figure because you make the character in the same login screen as your other characters and you interract with people on your server, you're just "instanced" in the game to the Bronze Timeline Pandaria zone. Right now we're using the same experience numbers as regular retail, so when XP numbers for level-ups get reduced or changed, that will apply to the MoP Remix aswell. MoP remix is not a different version of WoW, nor is it separate from the retail game as you said in your comment. We had Timewalking in the past, MoP Remix characters are categorized as Timerunning Characters, we exist on the same server as non-timerunners but we're basically in a different timeline / instance.
