Im a french dude living in the philippines now. I was talking to my filipino friends a few days ago how i felt nostalgic about ragnarok online as i played the beta when i was young... And they all rallied up... RO was huge here in the philippines. We are currently going back in our memories together and are lvling together in a small party. We are somehow in the same timezone, and google being what it is... Recommended me your video as we were discussing lvling in a party....

There are a few "walls" in this game: lvl 70; lvl 99; lvl100; lvl 140; and lvl 160. I painstakingly figured out how to get pass the first three walls. The first time on lvl 70 you just do Arc Quests and Access Quests (MSQ for you cool other MMO people) which puts you into high 70-early 80s, then Gramps TI until 99, then save at Einbroch and grab the the Bounty Board there with Metalings and Porcellios and the Eden Mercenaries at 1st floor Eden near the cafe entrance. After rebirth, you can take advantage of the exploit that your merc doesn't get level exp penalty and get crazy exp killing these harmless Metalings and Porcellios, so you do that until level 70+ and get both class changes done back to back which puts you in Low TI range again. The second time on lvl 99 and 100(yes two walls because you're incentivized to learn as many 3rd class skills as you can before leaving Low TI), I just rotated rolling new classes until I had enough money to funnel into properly gearing up a character(class) I like. My personal preferences are Mechanics and Doram cats because they're very easy to control although admittedly they're basically gimped Rune Knights and Shadow Chasers respectively. The level 140 and 160 I haven't figured it out. Sometimes I luck out and get in a guild sponsored TI or ET runs but even that doesn't always happen. I feel like if you're not a hardcore minded person, there are so many reruns of Old Glast Heim(or other such instances) runs in you. These are always when I quit the game. This is a long winded post to say that it would be wonderful if you could adopt me on your journey to 200. lol

You are 100% right in that, if you can sustain yourself with items long enough Gramps is the best way to get to 150 with solid gears. Stick it out and you'll be 150 before you know it! Then I'd recommend Big Bell bounty board at Nightmare Clock Tower and then Illusion of Abyss Turtle Island until 175. Battle Manuals DO give bonus EXP when turning in so you made the right choice but if you are looking for more EXP on all your characters, you should do the "20th Anniversary Quest" (search the wiki for step-by-step) because it give you 2 costumes that give you a constant 60% EXP buff when worn until they disable it ;) For RK gears, Fafnir Helm and Fafnir Breath are must haves but boy are they pricey right now (2-3b each) and same goes for God Eater Dragon Spear, but stuff to aim for. So, some cheaper options for now might be Demon's Familiar w/ Firm Air Deleter Card that will combo with your upper headgear and Tyrant of Earth for lower headgear. Broken Cleaner Card is also affordable for your accessories for easy damage bonus. Otherwise, maybe an Incubus Pet to combo with your Malicious Shadow Set for regen? For AB gears, you can switch out Seraphim set (since it is not MATK bonus) for either Mob Scarf+Sunglasses set or Kardui Ear+Fortunetelling Sealed that will boost your damage. You can pop a Sweet Nightmare Card in your armor for now to prevent cast interruption to replace your Phen Clip, or you can try to get +9 Fairy of Eden garment which will do that same AND give more bonuses (and it's cheap right now since it's in the current OCP). Then you can get another Ring of Adoramus and put 2x Headless Mule Cards in them! I'd also look into Sacred Crown/Holy Stick/Shoes of Punishment combo as that might be best outside of the 2b+ OCP gears out now. For Shadow Armor, there is an Adoramus Shadow Set but the Arch Bishop Shadow Weapon+Shield give the best Ado damage/cooldown bonuses right now if you can afford 'em. Sorry for the long post but I'd be down to level and help with gear questions too (my main is a Wind Hawk) if timezones ever align, haha.

Hi great video i wish u continue it's fun to watch you For the RK you mention why ur damage sometimes drop that is because when ur hp is drop ur damage also drop so always try to make ur health full for highest damage For your AB you doing your buff wrong first ur agi/bless always use the 3rd job skill because gives more state than acolytes job skill second use assumption and KS to avoid dying it's gives huge defence also there is many buff u could use gives some extra but if u lazy it's fine Have fun and keep it up your content is great

I love watching your content, I used to play RO SO MUCH back in the early 2000s. I always look back at it fondly and always consider jumping back in and starting from zero; likely wouldn't feel the same though haha

I've got a bunch of characters at different levels. So, I’m down to party. I got my family playing too. On Old Purple Boxes, I turn them into the Marry Badger in Eden for spare badges. She gives some decent items/buffs.

your gear looks good, only seraphim set that doesnt make much sense cause it doesn't affect Dragon Breath damage, aside from that is pretty solid. ;) P.s.: the map before this one is the best for leveling to 150 has way more mobs and 2 bounty board quests you can get for exp and you can save zeny by getting X3 buff with Eden merit badges

There's a way for you to be able to see the experience that the monsters are giving you in the chat, it displays in yellow, idk if you knew about it, there's like a little circle in the in game chat window and if you click on it its gonna give you some options and you can choose for the monsters experience to show up

16:55 Sad that a yggberry was left behind. The Arch Bishop gameplay could be cleaned up a bit. You need to bail in situations where you're being overwhelmed. I actually prefer playing when you're getting swamped by mobs and the margin between clearing and death is a fraction of a second. For longer staying power, I prefer using teleport and only using fly wings mid-cast or mid-delay. You might have an infinite fly wing, so that won't matter. Besides that, taking healing items is necessary for cases where you'll die, but don't want to teleport. You should continue using High Heal when not in serious threat. It definitely takes more attention to make proper estimations, so speaking might suffer.

Juperos for AB if you can survive the sea of monsters. The bounty board for abyss lake is on hugel, and for juperos it's on juno. You also have better gear than my AB you probably can sweep juperos I'm having more problems grinding my homunculus 😭 they made the homunculus system impossible

Hello! Gears look good, I suggest you get the God Eater Dragon Spear as it has 100% chance to leech HP, can completely eliminates the use of pots as long as you spamming DB, then get a shield for more dmg/dmg reduction. You can do bounty boards there until level 150 then move to Illusion Abyss Turtle dungeon for more exp.

The skill dragon breath's damage depends on current hp, max sp, and level. Your next gear upgrade should be fafnir helm, it gives a ton on benefit for dragon breath build. Also I suggest you use hp leech item or card to maintain a high hp pool, cause your damage depends on current hp. Happy leveling😊

You can change your seraphim coronet to Heavenly Order or Diving Goggles for +15% MaxHP.

Master the Rune Mastery, then start making Runes. It will help change the element of the Water and fire breath this will make your leveling more faster and killing mobs more faster. Fafnir helm is also a big help for extra buffs when using Runes.

Do gramps, miss. I never level on that lasagna area. Get a beelzebub wing on merry badger for 5 badges and use it on TI make sure u can 1shot the monster. Then at 150 do clock tower bounty board and use a pecopeco egg card if u cant afford godly item. If ur fast enough killing the bigbell u can do 4 turnin in one 3x exp boost.

This is iRO chaos server. But yeah pretty much the quickest way to get any kind of good gear is to buy points from the iRO website. You buy cash shop items and sell them, then buy gear.

Change garment to Mysterious Mufler you can walk fast also seraphim coronet to Demon Familiar for all stat +10 and has a slot

Don't forget to use your Assumptio when you go mobbing with your AB. It'll make all the difference 🤣 Also, I think canto candidus and clementia have longer duration than the single target agi+bless.

Yeah leveling is hard I stopped because I also couldn't afford to buy equipment that was billions of zeny like one accessory worth billions of zeny it was just way too much...the lack of parties the prices on equipment and everything else makes it so difficult to enjoy the game later on. The early stages of the game is so fun because it's doable there are no parties but at least you don't need expensive gear to level so you can actually do something.
