6:11 I'd suggest early game just ignore this in squads, and loot away! but in the mid game just say which house you've looted (if you play with the same squad constantly, create code names for houses)

If you want to quickly swap scopes in action, here's a neat trick. step 1:Throw away your pistol. Once you have a gun, you're not gonna use it anyway. This is to get rid of a gun that may take a red dot. step 2: Ensure your secondary does not take a scope. This means it should be a VSS, or any shotgun other than the S12K. Steep 3: Right click scope to instantly swap on your primary weapon that's probably an AR.

6:22 on closing doors, not always true. If you see a house with open doors you can be confident no one is in there because whenever someone gets in a house they always close the door.

Duck yea but a house with opened doors mean that player was or is still in there, which will make other players be more cautious. Chances are you wont be able to catch them off guard and will have to face them head on which will not always work in your favour for multiple reasons like being outaimed, outsmarted, lag, d-sync and all that

This depends on the situation. He's saying if you close every door in a compound then enemies will often assume no one is there or has been there. Obviously if you only apply this to the building you're in and all the other doors are open then it's clear which building you're camping in, but the idea is to close all doors

I close every door I open in early mid game because it simply slows down those coming in after me, they have to open every door to see if anything is lootable. Sometimes if you close a door after you enter then open it from the inside a LOT of players assume the building is empty because thats the orientation of the doors when someone exits, leave out a nice level three item in a room as bait and you have a very profitable trap set.

Zbriu Because most people leave the door open. Also leaving a door open means someone has been there for sure (because all doors start closed), so often people will pass by open buildings because they've been looted already. If you close all doors then they won't know if someone has been there, and will probably assume no one is there because most players don't close their doors. This will allow you to get the drop on them, or at the very least waste their time as they try to loot a building you already took everything out of. It's really not that confusing of a concept. Also like Choco Taco said, it takes no time to do so there's no reason not to. Only potential benefits. I've been doing this before I saw the video and I can say from experience I've gotten many kills from closing all my doors as I go along, and then if I hear someone coming to my buildings I just hide in a back room of the house and wait for them to come in with their guard down. Easy kills

The guarantee is that someone HAS been inside of the house if the door is open. That is very different than seeing a house with closed doors. When playing squads or duos with friends, the FIRST thing we inspect coming up on a building is "Hey are the doors open or closed?". Usually if they are open we drive off to find a new spot. Sometimes we assault the building if we are feeling frisky. The important thing is that when doors are open, we KNOW someone has been around here and possibly in one of the buildings.

I've been playing this game for 400 hours..and barring a couple tips (i.e. equipping proper sights/closing doors/equipping best wep for close range)..I didn't know a single one of these. Thank you Choco! I honestly expected to learn like..maybe one thing. I'm a little embarrassed that I didn't know about all the different positions you can access with crouch jumps. Removing the crosshairs wouldn't really fix quickscoping, since you could just use an overlay sight for the same effect. They'd have to actually mess with mechanics to make it so that the gun isn't fully accurate until the sight lines up.

I really think crouch-jumping difficulties is down to your keyboard. On my old keyboard I could barely ever hit crouch jump. Then I got myself a new mechanical keyboard and I hit it pretty much every time now.

I have a question. UMP or M416 as a close range secondary? You said switch to your shotgun or SMG for going into buildings but I never take a shotgun and I always switch out an SMG for a SCAR or M416. IMO shotguns are too unreliable.

The ump is definitely a better close range weapon than the M416. Surprisingly the M4 actually has a slightly higher fire rate, but the ump is a lot more accurate while moving and hip firing.

enemies will think the houses are not looted so you can surprise them, because they will not be expecting it. you can even kill them with melee which is silent and will make the squad freak out (mad game skills required)

All I know is that it crashes without an error message when out of ram, with the game crashing partway through a match and that it can affect higher end PCs too (I've got 32GBs and this is one of the only games where I need to stop a lot of the other things I'm doing, like simulations on some CPU cores and having stupid amounts of browser tabs open).

Removing the crosshair from snipers isn't a good fix. People could just put an overlay, use a crosshair from gaming monitors or just put a phisical dot on their screens. A better fix would be to make the shot more inaccurate while you are still pulling your scope.

There is a reason to not closing doors esp in the final 10..i leave the door and drop a health and small bit ammo right In sight and hide behind door, crouched, close enough so it says open/close, they always take the bait. Run in I close door behind them and bang let rip.. Another one off the number.. Then fast as move houses....

Adam Henwood The only reason crouch jumping was necessary is because PC didn’t have the option to vault back then. Just run up to a window and press A on the Xbox. No crouch jump needed.

I think if the devs want to allow quickscoping then maybe after 50 meters (sniper rifles only) have 40% less accuracy or or 20% less damage or something like that. I think it should be allowed with AR and any other guns beside sniper rifles! what's your guys and gals opinion on that???
