How to migrate in this game? Also can i have your opinion on best teams, relics, all of that, etc

To start as best as you can use league heroes. Legendary then rare etc. You need a tank in your team, damage dealer and a healer. Every hero has a description about their abilities. I don't have many relics so I don't know what to use but better rarity means better stats... Recruit more heroes so you can get better ones and upgrade them.

i have a question, rn for new event the task given means “ use 1 horde soul stones” what does it mean?

It is probably the shard you can use in your inventory to upgrade hero star level
