I never tire of hearing this song. It's perfect. One of the best amongst a fine body of work by the Levellers. Great video too.

That's weird I just woke up with this song playing in my head and I came here to listen to it.
@MarvinSumpter2 жыл бұрын
@@karlwhite8769 This happened to me once but it was even stranger. About 3 or so years ago I was having a very strange time of it but I won't butter up the anecdote with that stuff unless asked. Basically I walked from Brighton to Lewes and slept by the river when the daily temperatures were about 33 degrees. First morning I woke up with 'This Garden' playing loudly in my mind. I knew the song from when I was younger but hadn't heard it in years. I went walking round Lewes and one of the locals struck up a conversation with me. "Very musical town, Lewes," he said, "we've got all sorts of musicians living here, Mark Chadwick outta The Levellers lives in an old converted pub up the road." He gave me this information even though I didn't ask about it. Stuff like this happen to me all the time.

Too right there!..... A lot of amazing free flowing, free thinking music back in early 90s!.......on a par with the 60s I'd say!..... There was so much good music back then we were spoiled for choice!!!!!! In 2021!?..... Oh just leave me alone to travel back to 90s!...... :-) xxx

Many know it's a clear message to clean up the world mess rather ours. My grandmother was a good influence as a child she taught me the value of not leaving tissue in the street put it in your pocket and take it home. I know if I do it's a start. Then everyone does it a victory.
