Levelling road planings with volvo and R4 Rototilt

we drained this badly pot holed track of stood water then lightly ripped, we then added camber topped off with road planings and rolled,

So would you normally trim it a gain after it’s been light static rolled .make sure no soft spots.you are a smooth operator.respect from another plant operator.👍👍

I am sceptical of the roto tilts ,I’ve always thought that they would not be able to handle the constant punishment of general hire industry,as they have not really taken off here in Australia.wondering what your thoughts are .

@@troymeredith9528 I was the same when I bought mine , but they are strong and very well made , I have been to the rototilt factory and the technology is incredibly, I would advise having a top hitch too incase you ever need to just bulk out soil or are just loading alot where tilt and rotation would be wasted , you can then just drop the tiltrotator off, but we rarely take ours off , once you have had one especially with the gripper pincers on it , you won't want to be without it, I have three R4 now , hope you decide to get one , Rototilt=Quality , we have very good backup in the uk.

Have another question mate,how often do you have to change out cutting edge ,and or ? Can you put a bolt on replacement edges for roto tilt buckets.most of the tilt buckets we have here in oz have bolt on cutting edges,don’t know if this would change dynamics of the bucket much.
