Oh yeah! After great courses about React, Meteor, GraphQL - a course about Jest would be perfect. It could make the knowledge about building apps deeper. Testing is hot topic and I could not find solid course about it.

How is this different than testing as you code by paying attention to live reloads?

You mean just checking to make sure you code works after you wrote it by hand?

So testing your code by hand works fine for small, non-complex sites that won't change, but as projects change, especially complex projects, any change can have unexpected consequences. Or imagine that you've updated dependencies, you would have to recheck everything by hand. Testing will save you from bugs down the line.
