What did you do to catch the NPA's which were practise during your tenure ? They don't have the proper understanding of how the national economy works. Decisions what policy makers takes is based on aggregate data to see macro trends in the economy. Macro trends are a collective phenomena and don't necessarily a direct manifestation of micro/local effects. There are mathematical theorems for explaining such effects. That's why Rajan told that there many dimensions to it and too many factors to account for. But when you need to make quick decisions in the time of crisis you cannot calibrate every factor or parameter. Your decisions needs to be based on experience and historical macro data and hope for the best. Don't you think every person in the face of crisis acts like that.

Raghuram makes a comment that iphones are not built in India because of lack of skills. It is yesterday's knowledge . He should update it. Samsung has opened a new factory in India which will make 120 million phones a year which is the biggest in the world. He keeps saying that the demonetization effects are yet to be seen. Again needs to update his knowledge. The number of tax payers in 2017-18 increased by 80.5% compared to 2013-14. These effects will start counting over the years. Overall he is eloquent in the delivery of his thoughts but he definitely carries anti India bias deep down in his thoughts. It was the best decision of Modi Government to kick him out. .

DG of Border Security is saying a month ago that FICN has dropped considerably after demonetization. t is difficult to fake the notes.
