Submarine is most likely for a new boat or new boss like a kraken or smth. Maybe for 4th sea or new sea event.

Prive server a: u need to wait 45 minutes to have chance b: normal servers has higher chances of spawning c: more boats = more chance d: look above this

The Levi doesn’t spawn because the the spy doesn’t register the bribe because there a glitch where u bribe the spy says the Levi out there but then it doesn’t reset after an hour meaning that the bribe wasn’t registered probably

Thx for the tip Andreea itll help , qlso sorry for not helping much i rlly had exams at that time , also for my experience it was EASY the way i did was just have 8ppl with me (the spy wasnt bribed) so what i think is it can be from easily spawning with 5players to almost impossibly spawning with 8+ players I also told u id be the first to watch and i watxhed it fully , send you a big smile :)

So this is my method get only 5 people make the driver have no cd and drive till 9999m then reset keep doing this till 1 hour check the Spy npc if it says levi is out there then reset ps if not then continue

My test is dive in the sea 4 more hour after you and your friends spawn Frozen dimension -you can kill 4-5 terror shark for bribe(but it’s doesn’t mean frozen dimension will spawn) -after you dive in the sea 4 more hours with your friends Frozen dimension will spawn after No sea event no sea beast no terror shark

Bro I cooked levi in one server or two may be i was like hmmm why prehistoric please spawn and then message appear I was like just in 1:30 hr we were using sentinal that time and other time to it spawn in 2hr other time i was like wait what wth is going on I need ph not levi now I have 17 scales but when I go to discord saying who want to do levi to freeze hydra I click on a ps Link then my id got hack I got scales at what cost and in first server 2ppl were not on cool down and bride in second may be no one bride and still💀💀💀

Tip: makes the person who bribed sit in the front (in the harpoon) it makes the dimension spawn faster (personal experience)

(i got 2 in 2 hours) My method is. Get 6 people 1 drive 1 just keeps driving using portal v for terror and keep driving until we got it. After 1 hour(when bribe is done if spy is ressted use same server to bribe again if not reset server and then bribe again). Then bribe and go again most of the time the boat died like 4 times or some but we just go on and do it.

ive done 4 levi hunts in the past couple days, 1st one the boat got lost, 2nd one someoen didnt know how to hook and the heart despawned, 3rd time everyone wanted tiki but this guy took it to hydra when no one wanted it to go there and the guy got doxed, 4th time got glitched underwater during boss fight

In the past few days I haven’t found frozen dimension still getting help from other people to freeze hydra island our boat keeps getting destroyed because no one has portal to kill terrorsharks. Luckily we only had around 2-3 terrorsharks while hunting. Hoping the best for us.

The leviathan spwans due to spwan chance it cam spwan the very moment u enter danger lvl 6( tried amd worked 4 times) or after like 20k meters and can even work with cd the lowest I've gotten levi is at 3k meters highest over 9999 nice video thx for the try 👍

There is glitch or problem with the spy they didn't bribe for hours server hopping in 1-2hr and hunting in public server is good

The thing is levi is now harder to spawn bc when added the prehistoric island it now have a chance to spawn and that nerfed every sea even in zone 6 bc it need to have an precentage up to 100% so when they add a new sea event If levi was like 2% to spawn in zone 6 in decreases to like 1.5% or lower and that’s what made it harder and not mentioning the glichs and the precentege drop after that glitch that made every sea event sooooo easy to spawn and that made everyone get lots of frozen dimensions means more leviathan hearts means more Draco race v4 and more prehistoric island and means more dragon eggs more Draco v4 and more so for it not to get out of hand I think they did nerfed the chance to spawn. Hope this explains why it’s now harder to spawn sea events

the thing is that spy is glitched in some servers (even newly created private servers) his bribes dont always remind the server so for example it could say leviathan is out there! even though the server is only notified of the first 3 bribes making the levi not being able to spawn.

spy doesn't have to be bribed to spawn, at least not full bribed, i've gone sea beast hunting without bribing and gotten accidental leviathans
