@@aribounty327 Zeke had two options. Option A): Suffer the pain of having all your limbs cut off and later being eaten ALIVE, thereby transmitting the beast titan's power to the enemy. Option B): Instant, painless death, and a very solid chance of killing the man who keeps ruining your plans. What a bonus! But it's even worse. Zeke wouldn't be able to transform into the beast titan as long as Levi would keep on cutting off Zeke's limbs. Even if he somehow did, Levi would just chop him up again. There was no hope of rescue for Zeke either, even if his captor had not been Levi. But it was, and no one could have taken Zeke away from Levi. And worse still: the explosion didn't even kill Zeke! Levi has witnessed the durability of titan shifters firsthand multiple times, e.g. Reiner having been stabbed in the neck and being completely unharmed after transforming. And lastly... "he's only human" is a pretty whack thing to say about Levi, of all people ;)

@@clankb2o5 Fair enough, but still most wouldn't be able to do something like that since it would almost be guaranteed to kill even a shifter (He was already wounded and couldn't regenerate after all which could also trasmit the BT to any eldian born i think, including on Paradis) Levi didn't expect him to go that far (also auther needed to nerf levi). When I say "only human" I mean he still makes mistakes, like underestimating Zeke with the wine and the Thunder spear.
