When you go to the Caribbeans and South America you see exactly the same people. Remember these peoples are not African, nor lost Africans, etc. They are natives to other parts of the world. The phenotype you are discussing is found outside of Africa - and though it is the most emblematic of the African phenotypes due to racism - it is far from the only, or the first, or the purest.
