You cannot use both of the skills of twin cast in the same battle. The order goes in the order zone when played and stays there till end of that battle

Isn't the G2 rideline for Levidras an EB 3 look at top 5 not top 7? Also the Devouring Arms on the left on Levi's first g3 turn should have +15k not +20k since it wasn't called using Spiritual Body Condensation.

Correct on both parts, only the devouring arms in the right column should've been +20k.

The G2 is Devouring Arms of Collapsed Sea. The Order is Spiritual body Condensation.

You cannot use both effects in one battle. Blitz orders go to order zone when cast until end of its effect. Therefore uou miss timing on second effect because it is not in drop at the time you are attacked so you can on use from hand in one battle and from drop in another battle. Not both in one battle.
