The first thing I noticed was that ramp and I thought it was perfect for people in wheelchairs (like my grandmother) and then I saw that the house is ADA Compliant. It is very nice to see designs that work for everyone. The house is incredibly beautiful and the views are stunning.

Excellent video, Levi! I cannot express how happy I am to see that the owners were so thoughtful to make this home ADA compliant. I am able to walk, but have to take my leg braces off to shower. Seeing a shower so beautiful WITH handrails means I can actually use it! This property is gorgeous and the floor to ceiling windows are exquisite!

Happy Birthday Levi! My allergies are going crazy right now too. I have arthritis & fibromyalgia, I have had constant chronic pain my entire life since my very first memory in life, so I definitely appreciate that this place is ADA compliant. I'd missed seeing this place somehow and I'm really delighted to see somewhere like this that is wheelchair friendly as I have to use a wheelchair when I'm out. That does look properly set up to have a time away with friends or family and be fully involved. It looks gorgeous and is well thought out and beautifully designed aesthetically and physically. Fantastic looking place with great views in a gorgeous location 😊

I love how the focus is on accessibility for disabled people, as they still face so much discrimination in society today! Also as a Norwegian I got a very minimaliste Nordic/Scandinavian feel from this! Beautiful.

Wow- not only is this the most beautiful home, but I feel like you glossed over a bit about the fact that it is ADA compliant. Even in mainstream hotels that is so hard to find. I used to work with kids with special needs to to think that this is a place they could come to with their families to make memories... or a place you could bring your elderly grandparents to for a weekend of bonding, or just anyone who is disabled and doesn't typically get included in the design of outdoor spaces now has a place they can come to relax and enjoy... that's just so beautiful. So excited for all the memories to be made in this beautiful, inclusive space.

Honestly, the idea of living in a house like this, so secluded, in the middle of nowhere is so appeling but I've watched too many movies and I know how it can end LOL.

Between the two properties, it would be really difficult to choose one over the other. They are both excellent spaces, and either way, you have access to the amazing location. If the architect builds any more homes on this land, then you will need to return again for another tour.

I'm sorry but that grass would have to be cut low all around that house because snakes hide in high grass and it's right next to a large water source for them to stay cool and eat. When you live close to a water source you have to keep the landscaping clear for safety reasons. I've seen snakes by less water sources than that so I know there are some there
