After seeing this video, I believe the factory should be doing this "fit test".Each piece should fit flawlesly at the factory (tuttle-boardbox). including the tuttle sanding. I am surprised the video does not reccomend a "set torque" to the bolts between the mast-fuselage.

Why is the board so thick? Is it just for stiffness or does it need to be that way in order to glide better during takeoff?

Good video Florian..... I've got my eyes set on one of these foils ! :). One more question, I have been using torque sockets recently with other brands, and for the T25 bolts they recommended 5nm. Do you have a recommended torque socket settings to use to help stop overtightening?
