hi there' in neck anchor, is it always under your hand pit or sometimes just neck? i guess sometimes just neck, in this video i could not really get the neck movements, i would like to see more neck anchor moves and changes. thanks for everything, very cool and helpful in every way:-)

Ah the neck movements are useful if you want to switch left and right sides. :)
