I think the chorus is: Maybe I'll be All I'll ever be 'Cause I don't feel love at all without you holding on to me and then the same as yours The first line definitely doesn't have a never in it and I'm pretty sure the second doesn't either but its hard to tell! Verse 1- Don't wait 'till I feel you now Verse 2- I lay wide awake 'till I feel you now

I think his guitars tuned down a step. That means the lowest string is a D and so on. He's using the shapes of the E, C#m, A and B chords. Try playing along and you'll figure it out
