George has beaten Lewis in the championship before in 2022 and so far this year he’s been better and more consistent. Either one of them could take it so we’ll see how it plays out.

@@marinacontreiras2858 that statement needs to come with a major asterisk. Need context, Lewis wanted to push the team forward that year and so was trying lots of experimental set-ups. He wasn’t bothered about his teammate when the stakes were so low. Russell is a sharp driver in qualifying. But still has a few lacunas when it comes to race pace, the management. Either ways, it should be interesting to see.

@@mastak696 100% I’m not questioning Lewis or his abilities just saying that George can still beat Lewis in the standings with the way he’s been driving and with the fact that Lewis is leaving and Mercedes is favoring Russell a lot in my opinion which can definitely play a role.
