@@Ash-n3s2w No it hasn't. Just look up the history of marriage and why it was instituted. It was all for men and their need to know who's child was who's. Family was and still is a "business" of sorts, because you raise your children to be a carpenter or a textile weaver, whatever the family name is known for, but if you're lady is sleeping with 3 guys in the town/village, you don't know who your children are... Marriage was instituted precisely for this reason. They needed records to know who was with who and what children came out of those sexual unions. This is where the "marriage certificate" comes from. Before that, there was no official documentation that made people married. It was the sex and conception that made two people "married." "The two shall become one" (i.e. - sex and the child that followed). Two souls (mother and father) becoming one soul (the child), for the purpose of expanding the family/tribe.

Thank you, Tacarra, for speaking the truth. When I was in high school I had guys that I talked to on the phone but didn't say too much to me in school. And it is hard for women to date who know what they want. I would rather chill. My parents have been married for 50+ years. My standards are not unrealistically high, I can't lower them. I have not eaten a restaurant steak in over 10 years. I use seasonings and let my food marinate before I cook it. And if you're in your 30s with a roommate, wtf.
