I am speechless. Lewis this is the most significant interview of your career. Your ability to hold space for her brilliance, the gentleness of your inquiry, the way you extracted her genius was so moving and valuable. I hope you are celebrating this interview as a seminal moment and a testament to the truth that you are one of the greats of our era when it comes to capturing the wisdom we all need to hear at this moment in time. 🙏🏻

Wow … words can not really describe what I learned, felt during this fantastic interview . I read the ” gift ” book and really enjoyed it and looking forward for this interview . Fortunately, both the content and duration of interview which really show and open up who really Edith Eger as human being is and what she is communicating to viewers. I think no wonder that Mrs. Eger attended this interview because she could relate to Lewis. He is really good listener with compassion in heart and mind . I hope in spirit of Christmas , people read her books and give them as gift . What is greatness : to show up for life

Not ‘why me’ but ‘what now’. Such a great interview. Thank you so much for this. I lost my mother twenty years ago this month. Grief is so hard to go thru but it seemed trivial compared to what Edith endured and she is so wise.

Thank you for sharing her story. She is absolutely amazing. This is so helpful. When I was a child, I had sweet elderly holocaust survivor neighbors. Seeing their tattoos on their arms made an impact. It still hurts my heart to know that happened and no one stopped it. They were very sweet and I always made a point to say hello to them every time I saw them. They sure made an impact on my life at a young age.

I had family who went to residential schools, it’s where Hitler got the idea for the Holocaust. We still have many survivors of the things the Canadian and American government did to all the innocent children in residential schools. I found this very interesting on how she overcame these things, because many traumas my family faced they were passed down genetically to me and I was severely affected from what happened. It’s allowed me to start to look at life differently to also heal. Thank you for this.

Mengele knew she was your mother. How come he did not ask your mother about you? He knew you was het daughter. How come he did not ask you weather she was your aunt, your cousin? Or simply:" Who is she?" He knew. He was messing with your mind. He wanted you to think that your mother was sent to death because of you. He wanted to feel guilty all your life and he succeded. He knew she was your mother!!!!! With all due respect you fell into his trap.
