Fear of failure is very real in recovery from past harmful patterns. We live with shame, and feel we don't deserve happiness, success, and therefore we can avoid taking steps towards the next layer of discovery. And this lack of action can lead to slipping into old patterns, or relapse. Take action, just as you summoned the courage to enter a transition, repeat that, take action daily towards the next goal. TIP: Start each day with an affirmation, I WILL REPLACE THE FEELING OF SHAME WITH AN ACTION TOWARDS MY NEXT GOAL. Best PRACTICES and WISHES for us ALL!

I like the idea of forcing yourself to pay yourself at least 10% indefinitely, and treating savings as tax you cannot avoid. And then making this money multiply through investing. If you don’t think about money regularly, your money will forget you and desert you. Great stuff!

I started listening to Bob Proctor 14 years ago. I had 6 CDs and would put them in my car and listen every day to and from work. My new business could’ve gone bust but listening to Bob Proctor changed my thinking on a permanent basis. Now people comment on my positive outlook. Amazing man. I like mutual funds because they are automatically diversified. After LOSING money years ago on a house (although, had I kept it, now in 2021 I would have done okay) I swore I'd not buy real estate again. But, I did give in and bought a condo in Santa Fe, NM almost 2 years ago because it was actually cheaper for me to buy a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo than rent a 1 bedroom apartment. Every market is different. And, in 2 years, my condo has jumped in price a lot.

After 1-2 hours everyday for years of sales training in a previous big ticket, high pressure, in-house sales career, I never thought I knew it all, but I thought I knew most of it or at least a whole freakin lot... but, I now realize that I knew about 10-20%, but if I had this KZbin Channel to learn from back then, I would have been light years better than I was and I had months that I had set records in a multi-billion dollar company, but I had too many lows from droughts... this would have made a huge difference in shortening and eliminating those droughts!!! I have a savings goal/requirement every year. I don't save what is left after spending; I make sure to save first, then spend. Once I paid off all my debt (including mortage) quite a few years ago, I have a savings minimum of 33k a year (100k every 3 years). I normally save above this figure though. Lots of people do it backwards imo. They only save what is left after paying for everything; doing that will squeeze your savings down to nothing, in my experience.
