I don't get how you come out ahead by borrowing. The money to pay back the loan is not tax free. To realize the money made by staking, you must pay tax on it. Say you make 50k from staking, realizing 35k after taxes. Then you borrow 35K using crypto as collateral. But you have to spend the staking profit to pay back the loan so you are right back where you were before taking out the loan. Worse actually because the loan is not interest free. What am I missing here? How does this benefit you?

I'm pretty new to cryptos, I opened a LOBSTR account a few months ago to buy XLM. When I wanted to to buy XRP, I swapped XLM for the XRP on ChangeNOW or Changelly. The best part is that you can fund LOBSTR one for one, USD for USDC with Moneygram and buy XLM, no fees for now. Swapping from XLM to XRP and other cryptos has really low fees also. Before Moneygram partnered with LOBSTR, I onramped through Coinbase... very expensive.

In a recent video you spoke about planning on becoming rich and how to manage it, but what if you lose everything? So, even if XRP went to $100 a coin instead of cashing out and paying taxes you would use this system and as XRP goes up in price so does your profits from investing. every year you pay off the small interest from the collateralized 20% you borrowed against which is no different then borrowing against a paid off house. you’re still making a profit, everything is paid off and you didn’t pay crazy 50% taxes most important you still have 100% of your initial profits genius

I fully hope we will be able to stake our xrp with decent interest as you say . Because this plan is nearly identical to what I had in mind . Sell maybe 5% when its at a rate that covers my investment . Sell another 5-15% when it's at astronomical levels ( of which I have no doubt it will get to ) just so I can splash out and reward myself and then holding or staking the remainder . I will not be one that gets shaken out . I'm in this for the long term . Have a 10 year outlook and will revise that every 3 years depending on price .

If xrp eventually becomes the world currency , we won't have to pay tax on the increase of our xrp portfolios. Because we won't have to cash out because we will already hold the currency xrp. Let's say a dollar now can buy one packet of sweets and then down the track that same dollar increases in value/buying power by 10 , so you can then buy 10 packets of sweets with that same one dollar, the tax department won't require you to pay tax on the value of the 9 extra packets it can buy because you still only have that one dollar unit it's just got more buying power/value. Wouldn't it be the same with xrp say $1 each now increases to $10000 later you still only have one xrp. If xrp is the world currency we won't need to cash out, the value increase but not the xrp token numbers, so we just go shopping with xrp direct. Just a thought. Cheers Steve

So your comparing a sysyem in which borrowed fiat money is not taxed and a global crypto currency which has no national denomination. Well borrowed money IS taxed. Its already taxed prior to loan repayments. Secondly, crypto currency will already be "pre" taxed annually through personal taxation requirements contexual to governement future law makings. Which from what i am aware will be seperated into "investment" declaration and "personal" declaration. To avoid all flaws in fiat of the past there will be zero ways around taxing and payments. Also the high income low income brackets will be abolished, it is to be a % to the dollar to X amount, then a higher % to the dollar for the next tier. All business claims, etc will be declaired once per financial year where money is not given. But a credit of account is given. Everyone will do a 1/4 statement. According to some any "staking" of crypto through a government/banking system; contract cancelled if you fall behind in a loans payment, taxation, fine, fees or charges not limited to. You wont get your investment, it becomes a "credit" to a taxation wallet. There are plenty of papers on all of this fiat - digital if you get off youtube and social crap.

well I see one major flaw here...there will be no more taxes!! Only corporations will be paying them, the only taxes individuals will be asked to pay are on new goods (food, meds and clothing are considered necessities and will be exempt)- so a flat tax will be instituted at 14-17% on new goods. There will be no interest on money lent to you by a bank should you need any either.

Why XRP will be stable at 10,000? Minimum transaction value should be 1 cent. Possible minimum XRP transaction unit is 0.000001. 10,000 x 0.000001 = 1 cent
