Meet Maximus our DIY Adventure Rig. We're on a whirl wind, 2500 mile long trip through Idaho, WA, OR, CA. Using Harvest Hosts saves our butt and we enjoy hiking, winery and sight seeing.
This is leg 2 where we stop in Lewiston, ID. While here we visit Clarkston, WA, the Hell's Gate State Park, Hike Swallows Nest Rock, Wine Tasting, and enjoy lunch on the waterfront. It's a great town to explore especially with it's exploration history. There's a wonderful Lewis & Clark Discovery Center at the Hell's Gate State Park along with many water activities and camping options.

Thank you. We didn't make it that far east in WA this trip. Although we have family north of Seattle and this rig has made it there in 2021, we've never traveled to the west side of Puget Sound (yet). I'd love to explore the Olympic NP and spend time on the peninsula.
