Improvisation is honesty at it's finest. Our body language does not lie and when embracing the here and now dancing is the most sincere expression. These days who can you trust? what can you believe in ? When you watch a dancer like Lex , we can feel a sense of peace and calm because we have not been sold something or conned into a belief. When you do improv, is that the first time you hear the music, or do you listen to it beforehand and then improvise?

Tamar Elmensdorp-Lijzenga i know i’m not him, but usually how it works is that improvisers have a couple different songs that they practice improving to and when they perform, they get a random song out of the few they practice to. so yes, he would have known the song and practiced to it before. I mean i may be wrong, but that’s just how it usually works and i’m assuming is what happened here. ❤️

Tamar Elmensdorp-Lijzenga awesome question! It really depends on each occasion. I’ve usually listened to it a couple of times before I go on stage but recently have also just listened to it once and go situation as well. Soon I’ll have a playlist so I can have my friends or strangers just pick a random so I have no idea too!
