They definitely know more than we give them credit for. My cat knows when I’m unwell, sad, or just tired. She tries to groom me if I’m not feeling too well. And I get cuddles when I’m sad, or tired. My kitty looks an awful lot like Cinnabon, but she’s tabby coloured. The vets called her a domestic long haired, which I was a bit insulted by, because she is about the most beautiful creature in the world lol. Edit oh…I have a beautiful Birman too, called Mickey blue eyes. They’re incredibly loving and are non aggressive.

I enjoy watching Cinnabon because he reminds me so much of my wonderful Siberian stray who was a ginger tuxie. The set of the ears, shape of the head and their coat are pretty distinct identifiers. My boy also chatted like Cinnabon. I wish he was still here. He was so special.

Depends on the breed, some are just fine and very healthy, while others aren't because when humans forced certain breeds into existence they didn't understand the internal consequences.

@@tarkajedi3331 well think about it, some breeds, pure bred of let's say dogs or cats are very healthy, intelligent etc.... because when humans bred them for certain traits it worked out well ....where other times ...humans may have gotten a physical feature they liked but didn't understand that certain behavior or coloring, etc they bred specifically for had mutations attached to that that had negative consequences. You could say the same about humans but that's a touchy subject so I won't get into it.

I don’t have a cat because my landlord won’t let me have a pet. In Beersheva, Israel where I live, there are many feral cats. I think Jerusalem has the most feral cats. People feed these cats very well because they get rid of vermin like mice and rats. Most feral cats will run if you come near them, but there are some that come up to you and are actually affectionate. I used to be a dog person. but since I started watching Cinnabon’s videos, I have now a cat person.
