Lexi's story is a perfect example on why we should put OUR needs first. She always did everything for everyone and this video shows how everyone treated her in return. Everyone overlooked her kind and selfless nature and neglected her. No offense to Cassie's stans but she has nothing on Lexi in terms of personality. Lexi is a better sister and if Sam decides to give her a confidence glow-up, it will become obvious for everyone else.

Thank you for your opinion. I argree with you that we should put our needs first. But the problem is, Lexi tended to take care of people when they didn't want her to. It's one thing when a person who needs your kindness does not appreciate it. It is quite another thing when a person does not need this kindness, but you continue to show it. Just because it's right and noble thing to do. A kind of lifeguard syndrome. I'm not a fan of Cassie (in this show, I basically have no favorites). I think that Cassie's irritable behavior towards Lexi is probably a reason to be offended. But that's definitely not a reason to make a laughing stock of your sister in front of the whole school. Cassie is obsessed with herself and her relationships. Lexi is obsessed with other people's lives. Which of these is better or worse, for me personally, is difficult to say.

@@bazingonator Ik it doesn't nothing to do but I relate w the last parts u wrote... :( Obsessed w relationships & "other people's lives" but its 4 being a ppl pleaser, to feel loved & accepted... I do it w everyone (family, friends, relationships, etc.) and I feel they both have almost the same problem, they both do everything 4 people who don't value them and both are able to put their lives at risk, do things they don't want & accept horrible treats just to not lose tht person (Cass w mens & Lexi w Rue, her older sister, her mom, etc).

Lexi hated cassie because she wanted to be cassie. She was disgusted by her yet wanted to be her. Cassie always got the attention Lexi never did. In her play she literally talks about how she wants to be someone ppl never forget, she did that when she ironically when she stooped down to the level she always hated in people.

@@appobangppo What a narrow and short minded way of viewing her problems. You've kind of just proved why Lexi is upset. Her problems are non existent to you, to you it's all Lexi's fault. Anxiety isn't something someone asks for, and when her struggles are brought to light the people in her life are always sidetracking, ignoring or belittling her for it similar as to how you view them now. Yes she's jealous of Cassie, the one who has the privilege to create her own problems and then start weeping and crying over them. You could argue it was Cassie's decision to live a life like hers and thus the character simply got everything she deserved.
