Morale and luck procs can be super scary. I often wonder if there's a way to know when they'll occur... because as most H3 players know, they're NOT random in the sense that they're deterministic. In other words, if you move a creature to a hex position and they proc morale, if you repeated that battle the same way, they'd always proc morale identically. So, it's always predetermined just before each stack's turn in the round (based on neutral, +1, +2, etc. of course).

Yes, however every single individual battle has a different random seed, which means you can't really learn it. You can predict, using probabilities but it doesn't work even half the time

Anyone even tries some strategies that include investing into roboty? It sucks, cause they seem like units with such a potential, but couatls are just too good compared to them. I wonder if HOTA team will ever do something about it or it will stay like that

It all comes down to EVERYTHING. 🙂 What stats the hero has, artifacts (and sets), what skills, what army stacks, what spells (and the casting order), and how you utilize all of the components. For example, blessing Air Elementals or Harpy Hags (for only two examples of many) is pretty valuable because of their 4x damage ranges (2-8 and 1-4). But maybe that's not enough, and you'd prefer to bless Haspids and Nix Warriors. 😁 Or cast Prayer for speed bonuses. IDK. It depends.

Can anybody explain to me why every single finalka goes with an air orb when you can literally destroy almost any stack with icebolt given water protect ban? Like I understand everything, you failed to find permanence and all but air protection is 99,99% of the time is around first cast against your 60+ SP

Chain = damaging multiple stacks = more damage. Air orb = more damage from air spells = better chain, hence casting it is intensified. Also, chain deals more damage to air eles and elies are OP so chain = dead elies

great match. nuubi really put up a good fight with 1/4 the stats. btw i downloaded homm5 after enjoying your new videos and it SUCKS what a bad game. maybe 5.5 is way better but vanilla 5 off gog is but a shadow of the series' glory
