I really dig the fact that you gave the brie a couple of chances before deciding that it's not the cheese for you. You should try camembert for a future cheese video, in addition to comte. I like a lot of french cheeses.

Annemiek De Haan True but I personally find that there’s definitely a difference between the two. If you have a good palate, you’ll be able to tell. Hence why she’s saying that there’s a possibility she might like Camembert more than Brie. Though both cheeses are pretty intense, depending on the person and their tastebuds

If you wrap the Brie in foil and warm it in the oven, after it’s warmed the centre gets all gooey, you cut open the rind and dip things into the gooey cheese (grapes especially) I think you’ll love it like that. 😚

Brie is best paired with sweet things, much like goat cheese. My favorite way to eat it is on top of a bagel, toasted in the oven for a bit and topped with honey and nuts. Do give brie another shot!

Brie is a huge hit or miss for me! It’s my favourite cheese if it’s the right kind, a lot of Brie’s can have a really “blue cheesey” kind of taste to them, if you buy the “double cream” kind, it’s the best! Also best is you cut the top off and melt it & then put roasted red pepper jelly on top and dip your crackers in it. The outside acts as a holder for the gooey centre. Loved this video! Xo
