Can it connect to other brand devices?

Me, my wife and a friend of us using the B4FM. I would upgrade my Lexin to MTX or the Novus because of the Mesh. Open questions: 1) Can I link via Bluetooth to the two B4FM with Novus and MTX at the same time? 2) Can I link in Mesh to other brands like Sena? 3) Which microphone is better for my Jet Helmet?

Not being able to use a 3.5mm jack is a deal breaker. I don’t use speakers because I don’t want to hear sound through my earplugs. I wear noise isolating in ear monitors so I can hear way more clearly.

my friends and i have two GTX and two B4FM and we cannot get them to pair so we can all talk. please help!!! must we put ALL devices in group pairing mode? then connect one gtx to one b4FM via the primary pairing mode of the b4fm? then connect the other gtx and b4fm together via the primary pairing mode of the b4fm ? then connect both the B4FM together via their secondary pairing mode? please any advice would be great...

Lexin MTX - The only issue is that the sound cuts out about 5% of the time. Sometimes the first or second word spoken is not transmitted. I tried positioning my microphone differently and it helped, but it is not perfect. It seems like as soon as you talk, the microphone picks up and it shuts off as soon as you are done speaking, so my recommendation would be to initiate the microphone by saying something like hey And then say what you’re going to say that way the microphone picks up and transmits the actual message we are trying to convey. This system is very easy to use and it is very nice. I would give it five stars if it weren’t for the 5% of transmission that doesn’t go through. I can see that causing issues of having to ask people to repeat themselves and be an annoyance. I don’t know if I perhaps got a faulty set, or if this is just how they are.

yeah, microphone plugged in all the way wiring. I try 2 sets new MTX but all have the same error. I have seen other users on the web who all have the same problem as me. Will MTX be able to update firmware to fix this error? @@LEXINMOTO

@@kevin.1803 same problem with mine. i have 3 Units here and all got the same issue. You have to talk extremly loud...

I had the G16 on my helmet before I got into an accident and the mount on the system broke, but I loved it nonetheless had it for about 2 and half years before that though and it worked all the way up till my accident

Difference between the Novus and MTX ? Which one is newer/better?

Hello, both the MTX and the Novus use mesh but the main differences is the novus has a slightly better internal amplifier for louder sound and while not in mesh with using standard bluetooth it can pair more riders together. I hope this helps
