I just received my lexis lexis report after jumping through hoops. It is 122 pages long!! I am horrified. This IS WHY Insurance rates are going up. Intrusive and unconstitutional. Time for a class action lawsuit. although only the law firm wins in that scenario. Folks, it is them against us. Time for a revolution. Enough is enough....

I used to work for Chrysler Financial and we used to validate information on Lexis Nexis to locate people who defaulted on their loans. Yes they do exist !

I learned over the last year about them. Thru shouldn’t not have all this info. Half that information is inaccurate. It is redundant false info making an extensive report. It’s ridiculous. 😡😡

A few years ago my wife and i tried to get pre-approved for a mortgage. We had the incone and we each had a credit score of 680+. The creditor (dont remember which one) said the minimum score they wanted was 650. They completely denied us saying our payment history was too bad. At the time the only thing we had was my wifes student loans (deferred at the time). Suddenly, I think I know what happened.

If you're applying for financing it's best not to freeze it otherwise lenders/creditor issuers won't be available to approve you because they won't be able to pull financial data needed for lending decision.
