Okay hear me out , move the tree next to the chair, and maybe create a photo wall in the shape of a rectangular mirror. The photo wall could incorporate either the colors of the room, or it could be family and friends and your favorite pics in a specific color way. Like maybe a black and white wall with splashes of pink toned photos thrown in, maybe add some inspirational quotes.. the pics could be framed or just print outs in size 8 x10 or smaller . Just throwing ideas out there. An open shelf or floating shelf could be a good for the space as well.
