Always take the fuse out before testing it, You will get false readings sometimes from the compnants connected to the fuse circuit

That fuse blew for a reason. You just short jumped it to get it to work but didn't solve the problem. That is a very dangerous way to "fix" something.

You should delete this video, this is a VERY bad repair job. Fuses don't blow up by themselves. Usually some other component has mulfunctioned as well and what you did could lead to potential fire or more damage to the printer.
