I feel like the game could maybe make so you only use one character and the rest of the squad follows And alongside that, it could introduce a swapping mechanic where you have a small menu of all your squad members on the right hand side of the screen and you can basically tap the member you wanna play as and it will swap with the current member The characters could each have a unique ability when swapped into the field and theyd have different cooldowns before being swapped again Idk thought it could be a good way to add depth into the game

I think something cool to add would be if you can place different characters in different areas of your circle. Then you could focus the characters to the different specific areas to attack.

That'll be hard to do as they have different roles so they have predetermined positions as the melee are always at front and ranged is at back and it'll probably take more time placing the characters positions in the circle manually considering how fast the game goes, and character collision messing up the positions also.

They should have a max squad limit of 10 to prevent things from getting too out of hand. Another way to have some control is to have a 3(or less) main 'hero' characters that have their own a super ability like in brawlstars. Those few will have a targeted super that players can rotate around. Players also need to deal enough damage to build up the super again. So the squad can be built around the few 'main heroes' super abilities.

Squad busters could use a little work on the one-time cross bridge, they could make Greg gather materials to fix those bridges, with like 5 coins. Also include Sam or Leon to the game, with Sam dealing more damage.

I think that we don't need an atack button. I think that a focus button would already be enough, with the button allowing you to focus your squad to attack npcs, players, tree and etc. Maybe the button would allow you to focus your attacks on enemies with more recources or enemies with less or more hp

Something that would be cool but they might not do is when they add more worlds they could make them like environments from brawl stars or arenas from cr (So if there was a Darryl’s Ship world it would have penny, tick, darryl and maybe some other random characters)

I do like it even tho I haven't played it just because of the gameplay! But the thing is theres only 1 mode like Lex said. It would be pretty cool if they add more effects like the star button. The Busted thing is pretty annoying you cant respawn you gotta wait if your last place or 1st place. And standing still while shooting isnt really good like Colt, Bo and more

Thank you Lex for seeing the problems with this game and really telling it llike it is. The only thing that was missing from this video was you revealing your OOF t-shirt. This was the best preview video of them all. Not just hardselling it like the next hot thing, but really looking at the game. What's kind of scary is how far along Supercell can get with a game beta and then you can see these core problems within a couple hours of playing it. Like this skill problem seems like a really obvious issue. Don't you think in all of Supercell's dev team they should have been stewing on this for 6 months and come up with the perfect solution? My thoughts on this game are: The core game design where you walk around and get an extra troop in your group feels like that mobile zombie game ad that was playing a lot last year. The whole mechanic of only attacking while you stand still and not being able to aim at all removes so much skill from the game that it feels like there wont be any surprises in endgame: You know in brawlstars that thrill of actually outskilling an 8 cube bea and winning the fight? Yeah that seems to be totally missing here. Also, I dont know if anyone should be investing their time in this game because supercell is known to shut down games that don't become megahits and then they pay you nothing for all the time you put in, for example Boombeach Frontlines. And without the skill element, will this game get huge? I mean if the reason BBFL failed was because they had lockon aiming and this game actually completely REMOVES aiming, how much chance do we really think this game has to capture players? Meanwhile Clash Royale is a success not because it "removed aiming" but because exact troop placement and timing is SO important. Squad Busters seems like CEO is directing the team: Make a game that a baby could play. It needs more ingame skill.

Honestly I think the only thing that would hold this game back is supercell…they don’t really like going too in-depth with games and keep it simple. The combat could be revamped but I see now it’s not the main point of the game. The strategic side of this game can honestly be insane. Building the perfect team comp and adapting to the environment and opponents teams, managing leveling up your team while also completing the task, or just eliminating other players instead of collecting gems. I think that adding different resources/bosses you can farm to “craft” perks would also be cool, or being able to influence the environment. There’s so many ways they can go with this can’t wait to see.

Sqaud busters wishlist: A reroll button that costs coins (first is free, then 5, then 10, then 20 ect. for example) Being able to select your starting character from the menu Selecting a sqaud of busters before the game (like 5-10 characters that or either the only ones you can get, have a garenteed chance to get one of them in the first slot or just increasing the chances of getting them) More content (game modes, worlds, characters) Activated character abilities More ways to attack while moving Incentive to fight towards the end Friendly battle (you would be able to play with friends with all characters unlocked and hopefully could alter time of the match, coins and monster spawns)

The cool down for attacks should be slower and the slow effect of the attacks should be shorter so it is still possible to get away from squad attack or should I say "squad busting"
