I went to a chevy dealership and they said that I could not test a 2010 camaro. So I drove around to a toyota dealership and say a used Lexus ISF for $50,000 and the dealer let me test it. The baddest car I ever driven. Its not the most powerful or the fastest but I was in lofe at first paddle shift. The lowest price that I say was $24,000 for a used 2008. I just I wish I could afford one.

Argument whether Lexus will surpass BMW and MB is really a question whether Lexus wants to surpass them. Lexus outsells both German brands in what used to be their domain. People loughed when Toyota announced its luxury division. Now that Lexus is synonymous with Luxury it is time to take care of the performance niche of the market. All I can say is wait a few years and F line will be synonymous with speed and performance.

Well it all comes down to personal opinion. I've hear people call the IS F that, but I still think it is a superb vehicle and if I were given the opportunity to drive one I would jump at it.

Whoa, theres so much hate around here. Why dont we stick to the Lexus IS F and shut the hell up? Well, for me, the M3 and this Lex have their own ground to cover. M3 is for more 'serious' 0-60 and the Lex in handling. We know BMW has been covering the M for more than a decade, but Lexus (Toyota) is proving they can do their own stunt, and very well indeed. I love how this lexus growls, much like an American Muscle. Looks like a great competitor to me.

I'm sorry I meant love at first paddle shift. If I had the money I would take the car to RKM in NC and have them make it a two door with a 750 holley and a 5 speed and NiCrMo-3 headers and 4.10 ring gears and weigh 3000 lbs. And smoke everything in columbia,MO

@whiteliketar Yup, some people buy cars for the name and because of what others say, and some buy the car because what it is. Waiting for the 2011 IS-F's to drop in price. I drove the 2008 on the track in Fontana, CA 4 years ago and it was love at first drive. I'm coming from a Subaru STi.

I would also ad a Ram 5 inch single disc clutch and change the bore and stroke to 4.00 x 3.48 to make 350 cu. in. 2UR-GSE.

You did not address the quality control and reliability issue, I have heard about too many issues from small to larger ones especially with the BMW's. Why is that? The stories I have heard have scared me away from buying the 335i, I am going Japanese. The new Nissan GT R will dominate all of your German dream cars all day, game over.

first of all,you should really think about getting a real life..second,IF we were race drivers maybe it would mean anything all the bs you're saying...i'd go with the isf cause the interior is way better than bmw's..in fact all bmw interiors look the same -BOOOORING!!!now,m3 is a hell of a car,but not perfect and not unbeatable..fanboi:)))))
