55 shoving for 15bb utg makes the range capped. Why not raise 2bb and hope for the best. If someone shoves you can still fold and be able to play 13bb from BB position and if you get called, you can play post flop with already made pair. It's also not worst decision to fold 55 utg with 15bb stack. You have at least 2 orbits to play after that.
