Hi, Scotland. Me to. How did you find the pump then ? Looking for a HV pump. Any sugestions folks ? Thanks Robert at Yellow 13 Bike Breakers

Very informative video to see before I buy one online. Close up view of the pressure gauge would have been nice to see but I got the gist of how it works.

Nice reaview, thanks for that. Camera could be improved...from 2:10 to 2:27 for example camera films you and the house but not the action...

Haha yeah my bad my little nephew filmed this. He's learning the ropes.

Thank you for the review from me in Yorkshire UK. I was looking for a reliable and practical pump to take touring. Good to see it put to use.

Debating this High Volume model versus the Lezyne High Pressure model. I run 29” x 2.2” tires on my Trek Procaliber. But I have a Road Bike too. I don’t ride that as much so probably should go with this HV model and just continue using the compressor at home for the road bike. Nice review man

Have you decided, yet? I want one for bike emergencies. It uses plastic threads against metal ones with the smaller pumps. Almost a no-go. Thanks!

these valve stem issues trip me out. Such things used to be standardized. Only thing I can come up with is overseas mfg with butt quality control and companies not rejecting the shipments. Maybe I’m missing something though. Thanks for the review.

Agreed. Lezyne also doesn't like valid constructive criticisms.

20 bar = 290 psi. I wouldn’t recommend pumping your tire up that high. Jk thanks for the demo.

Is the gauge 120PSI max?

Do you need to do anything special for the adapter to get it to inflate presta valves? I can't get it to inflate.

bucket traveler make sure it’s tightened down properly.

@@dwaynepedals I thought it was. I have a flat at work, I work nights and it has been here for two days. If I can't get it to work when I get off I think I'll need to bring my old floor pump

Have you got the chuck swapped around to presta? Mine came with the schrader side up. Sorry if that is a stupid question

Good review, 30psi is not enough pressure ? your good review is spoiled by your camera person not filming where important. now you had it for a year, is the pump still working ?
@dwaynepedals4 жыл бұрын
That camera man is my little nephew. He’s learning the ropes. Yeah, I still have the pump and it’s doing just fine.

How well would this work for tubeless mtb 29x2.6 tires inflated to about 20 psi? Thank you.
@dwaynepedals4 жыл бұрын
John Panozzo So good dude. I use it on my plus bike with 27.5 3inch tires and my gravel bike with 700x40c.

@@dwaynepedals Are your tires tubeless or tubed? I yours are tubed, how much longer do you think it would take to pump up tubeless? Have you considered or evaluated Lezyne's Micro Floor Drive XL? Thank you again my friend.
@dwaynepedals4 жыл бұрын
@@geopietro Yeah I run tubeless on my bike. Not sure how long it would take but I can get a 3inch tire up to 20 PSI pretty quick.

@@dwaynepedals Do you think Lezyne's high-volume XL model is worth the extra weight (205 grams vs 367 grams)? It has greater pumping volume.

Well, that was a bit amusing. The demo was potentially good but the camera person kept pointing at the wrong thing so we couldn't see what you were doing.
@rwent12 жыл бұрын
You should reshoot this. You're camera operator needs to lay off the coffee and focus on the pump.
@IsraelMagalit8 ай бұрын
20 bar??? That's 290 psi 😝 Anyhoo, your camera person needs a little more training. I want to see the pump in action, not a head bobbing up and down 😛 Thanks for the review.

hv is for high volume lol not high value
@BikepackingJourney3 жыл бұрын
Exactly. HP high pressure and hv high volume. Both come with gauge as HPV and hvg. I think hv is better for 29+ and fat bikes. My one is 29+

Idiotic videographer who, when the pump speed demonstration started, aims the camera away from the subject of the film and, again, when the demonstration showing how to change the pump head from presta to shraeder, has the camera pointing away. I really will never understand the mind processes of some people, ever.
