hi bro I bought the same model after watching your vedio and my own research on types of AC. My experience with the brand is my first ac which I bought for my home 8 yrs back is still working excellent without any issues. only we did regular filter cleaning. coming to my current ac it working excellent and to my room conditions like with minimal furniture and only one person it is taking 3-5 min to cool the room. After viewing this vedio I called LG customer care regarding the warranty as my installation is done with third party other than LG authorised personnel. They confirmed that this third party installation does not effect the 1 yr comprehensive warranty,5 yrs PCB warranty and 10 yrs compressor warranty. the only thing that will be effected are physical damages that occur during the installation done by third parties apart from this rest all the warranties will be applicable normally. Also they confirmed warranty won't void if we don't avail the free services for the first year. It is purely up to us this also won't impact the warranty
