I think the old 8000 r.s model has 8 bit panel and 7000 r.s model has 6 + FRC bit panel . So I think that's why the old one is expensive . I am saying because there is similar model of lg is 22mk600 something like this which has two hdmi that also new model and has 6+ FRC ips panel
