How come all the detergent & softener that’s being put in proper compartments are not being fully used. I’m still seeing some left in draw after every wash even tho I adjusted the amount to use?

Will the WM6700 indicate when the tanks need to be refilled, or do I need to check the level before every load?

Just bought one and it indicated its out so i suppose it will show during everyday use but well see

@@Juan-dc6yf Thanks, eventually I realized that the tanks hold more liquid than you can see from the filler hole, and once the levels got low enough I got clear messages on the display that they needed to be refilled.

I can confirm this is true. When you turn on the washer the first message on the dial reads,”Detergent is low Add detergent”

Hi, Luis. The pre-wash cycle is an additional cycle that can be added at the beginning of most washing machine cycles. It is a must-have option if your family deals with a lot of heavily soiled clothing. The pre-wash cycle is designed to remove odors, dirt, and prevent stains from setting in. To use the pre-wash option, you need to add the correct amount of detergent to the pre-wash and detergent compartments, select the wash cycle you desire. To add pre-wash detergent, you need to add it to the pre-wash compartment in the washing machine drawer. Do i add bleach only when i want to do anload of whites? I am afraid to add it and will it automatically use the bleach bc i put it in or do i havebto swlect an option for this each time?

Hi, Michelle. When using bleach in an LG front-loading True Balance all-in-one washer/dryer like the WM6700 or WM6998, you typically add bleach only when you want to do a load of whites. You need to manually add bleach to the designated bleach dispenser compartment in your washer when you are washing white clothes that require bleaching. The washer will not automatically dispense bleach; you have to select an option or program that includes bleach if you want to use it for whitening your whites. ^James.

@@LGUSASupport thats what I thought. I ordered 5500 model instead. Skipped 6500, because it's dryer has door alignment problems after swapping sides, I saw in multiple reviews.
