lg g3 touchscreen does not work

solution:
1) Clean the internal connectors( isopropyl alcohol and brush )
2) change the display or tactile

It would have been great for there to be some sort of audio to explain what was going on. But when I finally expanded Ricardo's comment to see if there was some description, I saw the key part - " 1) Clean the internal connectors( isopropyl alcohol and brush )" I was able to follow the video on what to do to take my phone apart, and now it is working again. Thanks Ricardo!

I don't know if I have the same issue with my lg g3 (d850). When i need to tap, i still need to hold for like a sec to register. Then on the upper part of the screen where the notification, battery percent, time display, wifi signal etc.. is a dead spot meaning even i touch hold or tap it doesn't register. Do you think doing this can fix mine?

Have all of you discarted a software kernel thing? i went to a repair shop and they cleaned up the conectors and supossedly tested another screen but it still didn't work, so i think i might have to buy a used one a switch board with it

what is that silver foil like stuff at the bottom of your LCD that you take off and put back on mine is missing from my phone could that be my issue?
