I would absolutely have purchased this projector, but I wanted 3D capability. I went with the Optoma instead and it rocks! While the picture might be a tick off of the LG, It is still really, really good and I now get to watch the final battle in “End Game” in 3D on a 120” screen. Short Throw manufacturers might want to consider the benefits of making this feature standard on their products as people who tend to buy this stuff usually want all of the bells and whistles.

I am planning to design a small mechanical pullout for the projector, when the pull out is completely out the projection should be 120 inch, and when it is pushed in towards the screen the projection size should be 90 inch (or whatever it's minimum size is). Main reason to do this is, I am assuming when the size is 90 inch the picture will be more bright and that much better in Ambient light. And I want a 120 inch screen for when I want to use it at 120inch without any ambient light. How feasible is this idea?
