To my utter surprise I noticed that the remote control has no back light while many other AC models of LG have a backlight. This is very basic functionality in any AC remote control, and I dont understand how a big brand like LG forgot to put a back light in its latest hot & cold AC model. Maximum people use it during the night time and it is very difficult to see the controls and change the required settings without any back light. I am expecting that LG should come out with a solution to this problem.

Same with me, I purchased LG dual inverter AC a month ago in March 2023 and in just a month cooling is down and even after reducing the temperature to 18 degrees it takes atleast 2 to 3 hrs to cool my bedroom which is just 120 sft, Pathetic AC

@@Nicholasplays2103 Actually problem is in their service, AC is really good, you have to clean indoor unit, both rotating fan and fins cleaned smoothly. Use wet tooth brush to clean fins and 1.5" paint brush to clean fan. Just go through some KZbin videos. I done myself, now my AC working perfectly and consumes very very less power, even at 27•c we feel like we're in antartica... 😂

Dont buy LG AC. Dont Dont Dont Buy. First of all performance is not good. Installation guys are just jholachhaap. You will feel highest regret in life if buy lg ac. I bought 1.5 ton 5 star dual inverter. Seriously I wasted money. Installation, product cooling, after sale warranty period services everything just disgusting. If you want to waste money just waste in any other way but dont buy LG AC.

LG AC is damn worse with their cooling efficiency. Please dont buy. Either go for other nice brands like Lyod, daikin, Blue star.. But dont trust LG.. Huge disappointment ..😢😢

Exactly. Cooling is worse for LG A/C. Its time to shout out the poor quality of their AC and make people understand that there are many other better brands with economical rate. i challenge LG to run a cooling efficiency test with brand like Llyod.. They are way ahead in terms of air conditioning quality. 👌. Go for it and discard LG
