Hi, still no problem with ours since we purchased it. You just need to make sure that you are replacing the water filters.

Hi Jill, please advise the exact colour of your appliance. I'm in the UK and the only colour option in this model is matt black. Your one looks more grey/ black/ silver?

Hi Jill, in your video at time 4.20 you open the left side door. I can see you move the tray forward, are you able to pull it all the way out ? Why I ask is I have a wall on the left side and Im not sure the door will open enough to remove the tray. I see you door hits the sink. Thanks for the video.

Hi, i can pull the tray out fully. No issues with it. Assume mine would be similar to yours as I also have the wall at the left side near the sink

I have this fridge and yes as you demonstrated the ice clumps in storage box, also the water comes out room temp kinda pointless for a fridge imo, and after a couple glasses the water is actually warm!!! 🤢 and before you say put ice in it! No… it’s still warm water, and the water melts the ice, previously has a Samsung that dispensed chilled water!!! Re design it LG…

Hi, Our water has always comes out chilled. Never experienced warm water. Im sorry if you have a bad experience on the product.

I'm planning to purchase similar frigde and I'm wondering - can you take the 'Big Fresh Zone' drawers out to clean them? Fridge in my kitchen's gonna have as little space on the left side as yours, so the door can't fully open and I'm worrying that it may cause some issues with cleaning / removing drawers.

Yes but i advise you measure the space and ask the dealership to be sure as that’s what we did
